Equipment using linear layout, equipped with: two gantry-type vehicles, and eight spreaders, 14 transit cars, tank suction side fog device, eight main tanks, six assistant tanks, a high sedimentation tank, a exhaust gas purification device, two electric control cabinets.
By the special requirements of AAM product, some tanks have spray system.
Equipment produced by PLC controls, process time can be adjusted for each tank.

2. The device is the power of the Group of Zhenjiang hanging dipping line
The equipment using O-type layout, the main configurations are: suspension system, two drying rooms, two dipping tanks, a batch of hanger and one control cabinet.
When the device is in production, the first step is immersing primer, the hanger hooks the pieces and rotates in the tank. And then get into the first drying room, after dry, there is immersing facial glue just like the first step, then get into the second drying room. The equipment have been controlled by PLC, and the production is adjustable.
